At Fæby, you can enjoy flavourful dishes made from scratch using ingredients from our own farm and the surrounding area. We take pride in serving food with pure flavours, honest ingredients, and a simple, down-to-earth presentation – always with a focus on great taste.
Menus & Table Reservations
Our restaurant is housed in Bryggerhuset, a former slaughterhouse, brewhouse, and storage facility that was fully renovated in 2018/19. Our menus are designed with quality and flavour in mind, featuring the best from local producers. You can book book a table for up to 12 people. For larger groups, please refer to our event booking information.
Meetings and Events at Fæby
Host your next business meeting in inspiring surroundings in the heart of Trøndelag. Our rural setting provides the perfect atmosphere for focus and creativity. We collaborate with Scandic Stiklestad, Verdal Hotel, and hotels in the town centre for accommodation. We also offer various meeting packages and activities such as team-building, escape-box challenges, and Fæby golf-challenge.
Our Venues
We offer three event venues suitable for everything from meetings and events i.e christenings and memorial gatherings to other important celebrations.
Bryggerhuset – Our main venue, ideal for restaurant dining, celebrations, weddings, day meetings, and courses. Capacity: up to 64 guests. Suitable for three-course meals, sharing plates, or buffets. The venue is wheelchair accessible and designed with warm, welcoming materials.
Stabburet – A rustic, historic storehouse once used for weapons and food storage. Ideal for meetings and private dining for up to 20 guests, equipped with a large screen.
Kornburet – Fully renovated in 2022, directly connected to Bryggerhuset. A fantastic space for meetings, courses, and events. Capacity: up to 30 guests, equipped with a projector, screen, and sound system. The ground floor houses the production kitchen for Fæby Gårdspizza.
Catering – Flavourful Food for Every Occasion
Whether you're planning a small gathering or a large event, we provide delicious catering tailored to any occasion. With extensive experience in catering, we have served everything from intimate gatherings to large-scale events with over 1,000 guests, including traditional Norwegian rib and lamb dishes. Fæby on Wheels – Bringing Flavour to You!
We bring great food and a fantastic atmosphere to your event with Fæby on Wheels! Our fully equipped food truck specialises in Gårdspizza, but we also offer farm-style tapas and other tasty dishes. For larger events, we can set up quick-up tents with seating for up to 80 guests next to our food truck and bar. Looking for a unique catering experience for your guests or employees? Fæby Gårdspizza is made using local ingredients in collaboration with fantastic producers from Innherred and Trøndelag. Every pizza not only delivers exceptional flavour but also supports local businesses.
