At the Fishermen’s Sales Outlet at the far end of Torskeholmen, the counter overflows with the ocean’s finest delicacies – delivered fresh daily by local fishermen.

Trawlers dock every day to ensure the city’s residents get top-quality seafood. The shop is filled with specialties and curiosities, making every visit a unique experience.

Here you’ll find “fresh-as-blood” seafood, along with great preparation tips. Or opt for some “fast food”: Delicate white fish cakes and coarse fish patties with leek make for perfect finger food! You’ll also find two flavorful fish soups – simply delicious!
