"The yellow house on Sagene" is a cozy bistro with an abundance of history in its walls.

Folkvang Sagene has a history that can be traced all the way back to 1855, making it the second oldest dining establishment in Oslo. Today, the restaurant is a cornerstone for many in the Sagene neighbourhood. Since the beginning they have served homemade dishes crafted by proud chefs. At Folkvang they serve local Oslo classics for both breakfast, lunch, and dinner, such as the local favourite: «The Taxi Driver's Breakfast.

Folkvang Sagene has three function rooms that can be rented together or separately.

Meeting room: max. 12 people

Small room: max. 15 people

Large room: max. 40 people

Parties may choose between a tapas menu and a three-course meal.
