









Historic Gloppen Hotel is centrally located in Sandane, in the Nordfjord. The hotel’s traditions go back to 1866 and hospitality and consideration for guests has always been important to us. From the very start salmon fishing was key to our operation. Fishermen still come every summer, but now our firm foucus on local food and vast range of activites, is equally vital for our success

How to get there
Gloppen Hotell is situated at Sandane, in Nordfjord - the hart of FjordNorway.
Nordfjord is the second largest fjord in Norway. Found in the western part of Norway, four hours north of Bergen, three hours south of Ålesund. Here you will find many of the greatest tourist attractions in Norway.
Flights Widerøe
Airline Widerøe flies you to Sandane quickly, just 45 minutes from Oslo.
From Oslo there are four daily departures to Sandane.

From Oslo: 6,5 hours (over Filefjell or Hemsedal)
From Bergen: 4 hours (Along the coast, ferry Lavik- Oppedal)
