Sabaki Skøyen

Asian fusion at Skøyen. At Sabaki you get a visual as much as a gastronomic experience from the wonders of Japanese and Asian cuisine. Dim sum and crispy duck meet sushi, sashimi and robbatayaki – a grilling method where the ingredients are prepared over an open flame from a charcoal grill.
