The fjord hotel´s cuisine is a crossover-inspired mix of fjord, mountain and forest ingredients. Given our location, this combination comes naturally to us with the forest and the mountains immediately behind us and the fjord a mere stone´s throw west of the kitchen. What could be more natural than to take our ingredients, garnishes and general culinary inspiration from the sea, the dense forests and mountain peaks that surround us?
