Åseral
As a rule, we connect the rocks to the shore, but on the way to Juvassdammen Aaseral find the finest and most polished rocks we can imagine.
This is swimming areas that are yndede destination also for locals. The first bathing place you meet on the winding road up to Juvassdammen called "Lisle Rjukan". The swimming area that is closest Juvass called Saurvik. Both recreational beaches are known for their polished rocks and fun bathing. There is some limited parking in connection with bathing places, but it's worth a little walk from the nearest turnaround or the like to enjoy lazy summer days on these swimming spots.
