Gaia Tapas you will experience a traditional tapas restaurant with picks and exciting combination menus. Our tapas are unique to the region with good local ingredients such as hams, cheeses, moose and lamb from the hinterland, prepared with inspiration from our chef.
Gaia Tapas can be found in a separate corner by Peisestuen. Here you will meet the head waiter and there is table service in an informal environment. Characterized by rusticity and elegance, as a place in the mountains should be. Our intention is to create a restaurant at Hafjell where guests will be able to relax, enjoy a good meal, in cozy surroundings after a long day out in nature or a hectic day at work.
