Overview

Welcome to a 2 day unique private Christmas holiday at our remote Camp north of Tromsø! As all our trips this is a private, personalized and all inclusive trip were you get real close to the nature. This trip is especially adapted to Christmas and New Year´s Eve.

Do you want to celebrate Christmas or New Year`s Eve in a totally different way away from the city and all modern facilities? Our camp is located at the seashore on the Island Rebbenesøya, north of Tromsø and surrounded by a spectacular Arctic Archipelago. With no road acces and no electricity you will experience something very spesial.

You and your travelling company will have the Camp for yourself and stay in a warm and comfortable yurt. You will be able to go kayaking in the darkness and in the arctic winterlight, maybe under the Northern lights. If snow you will also be able to go snowshoeing or crosscountryskiing. During this spesial made Christmas trip you and the guide will make a delicious Christmas dinner/New Year`s Eve dinner together.

Paddling is a fantastic way to get closer to nature and winter kayaking makes the experience even more special! Join us and experience the contrasts between sky, sea and mountains and the arctic winter light from a kayak. This is the place to experience - calmness. With no light pollution this is a amazing place for star gazing and experiencing the magical Northern Lights. If we are lucky maybe the Northern lights will start dancing while out kayaking. We are located nearby a cultural landscaping area with several nature reserves and the aera are rich in cultural heritages and have a wonderful biological diversity.

The trip to the Camp is an experience in itself, with a 2 hour scenic drive from Tromsø city, along fjords and over a mountain range, a 15 minutes ferry ride and 20-minute walk or snowshoeing to the camp.
