Join us on a 60 minutes fjord safari with a RIB boat from Øystese, beautifully located by the Hardangerfjord! A fast-paced tour in a RIB-boat along steep mountain sides and roadless hamlets 1.5 hours from Bergen.
Join us for an adrenaline-filled RIB trip on Hardangerfjorden fromidyllic Øystese.
Hardangerfjord Adventure takes you on a tour to the hidden gems in the middle of the beautiful fjord landscape in Hardanger. In an open RIB boat, we drive towards Kvamsøy, which is the innermost island in the majestic Hardangerfjord, before continuing to Fyksesund, the narrowest fjord arm in Hardanger. At the heart of the fjord arm is the roadless hamlet of Botnen, which is surrounded by 1,000-metre-high precipitous mountain sides and countless waterfalls.
There will be several stops along the way on the fjord where the guide lets the unique nature sink in and gives you an insight into the fjord culture. With a little luck, we'll see porpoises appear in the water. It is important to have your camera/mobile ready on this tour to catch some great photos.
