The Falstad Centre is a natural stop along the outer pilgrimage trail between Stiklestad and Tautra or the coastal trail of the St. Olav's ​​​pilgrimage trail. Here, you can stay overnight, rest in peaceful surroundings, and learn about the site's history before continuing your journey.

The Falstad Centre is a national memorial located in the main building of the former German prison camp SS Strafgefangenlager Falstad from World War II.

Access to the Museum
