Dog-team driving course:
At Åstjern, you and your family or friends can experience dog-team driving. This course is for those who want to learn about dog-sled driving and have a go themselves.
The duration of the course is four hours and includes a visit to the kennel, where you get to know the dogs, safety, how to harness the dogs, driving technique and how to use the sled. The course ends with a 20 km drive with instructors through easy terrain. Participants will drive their own sleds. After the drive, everyone will get together for a warm meal.
