Adolfstua on Myken - A Nordland House with Character
Welcome to a stay in your own cozy holiday home, at the outer edge of the Helgeland coast, and experience life in one of our smallest island communities.
Adolfstua is a cozy Nordland house on the island of Myken, at the outer edge of the Helgeland coast. Located almost next door to the local store, you will be close to the small island community while also getting away from everyday life in the “big society.”
The house offers a beautiful view over the strait and harbor, which you can enjoy from the windows inside or from the terrace outside. Inside, you’ll find everything you need, with a well-equipped kitchen, a new bathroom with a washing machine and dryer, WiFi, and comfortable beds.
The house has five beds in three bedrooms: one bedroom with a double bed, one bedroom with two single beds, and one single room. All are equipped with good mattresses, duvets, and pillows. Bed linen is included.
The grocery store next door, Myken Handel, is the only store on the island and has a bit of everything you need for daily life, fishing, and festivities. It is open a few hours each day, Monday to Saturday. Additionally, there are a couple of eateries on the island that are open during the summer season.
