A hands-on outdoor cooking experience in the forests close to Lillehammer – adaptable to dietary needs & accessible by public transport.

Everything tastes better outside! Join our Wilderness Lunch & walk with us to a hidden lunch spot in the forest around Lillehammer, where we’ll prepare a simple, yet delicious three-course meal together. A tasty starter, a warm main dish and something sweet to finish – because what is a good meal without dessert?



Our Wilderness Lunch is about more than the food. It's about slowing down, breathing in the fresh air & enjoying good food in good company.



Location:

We offer our Wilderness Lunch in different locations around Lillehammer. All starting points are easily accessible by public transport. Start & length of the activity are adjusted to the bus schedule.



Duration:

ca. 3.5 hours



Group size:

Max. 8 participants per guide. Bigger groups upon request.



Suitable for:

adults and children from 8 years, perfect for families, couples, a group of friends, or solo travellers. Families with younger children can book a private lunch. This activity can be adapted for wheelchair users.

Recommendation:

Norwegian weather can be unpredictable & our trails wet and muddy. To stay comfortable and enjoy this activity to the fullest, we recommend dressing in layers that can be adjusted as needed, to wear hiking boots & to bring a waterproof jacket. Please consider that you won’t move much for most of the activity, so extra layers to put on at our lunch spot are recommended.
