Anchas Bodega was founded by five good friends in the fall of 2012. The idea was simple: they had access to a central location and wanted to create a restaurant they themselves would love to visit. Ancha is a true restaurant mom. When you come to Anchas Bodega, it feels like coming home to her. She not only keeps everything running smoothly but also has the warmth that makes everyone—both guests and staff—feel welcome and at home.
