Visit a one-of-a-kind museum where vintage motorcycles meet a dramatic northern Norwegian setting. This unique museum combines a passion for two-wheelers with local World War II history, and is located in Storforshei, just north of Mo i Rana.

Just south of the Arctic Circle, in Storforshei — about 25 minutes north of Mo i Rana — you’ll find Arctic Circle Classic: a motorcycle museum showcasing historical bikes from 1910 to 1985. The exhibition blends a deep love of motorcycles with regional history and wartime stories.

The collection is privately owned but open to the public daily during the summer season, and by request the rest of the year. The enthusiast behind the museum, Benny Sætermo, has spent years building an impressive exhibition that sparks both nostalgia and curiosity — perfect for motorcycle fans, history buffs, and families on the road.

In addition to seeing the vehicles up close, visitors can also browse the quirky museum shop, enjoy a cup of coffee at the reception, and perhaps relive old memories at the jukebox.
