Join us on an adventurous Northern Lights hunt to our lavvo camp (Sami tipi) in spectacular Arctic surroundings. From our farm, you travel with a guide on snowmobiles into Norwegian wilderness. After a 10-minute journey, you will arrive at our Northern Lights Camp. There is no light pollution in the woods where our lavvo tent is situated which increases your chance of seeing the Northern Lights. We gather around a fire, where hot drinks are served. As we sit around the fire, the guide will both tell the story of the Holly mountain, which is next to the camp, as well as captivating stories of the Vikings who lived in the village during the Viking age.
The traditional dish sodd is served for dinner. This is a stew with local vegetables and tender beef from our own farm. You can try a variety of fun winter activities in and around the camp while we are waiting for the green lights to appear. You can enjoy skiing, snowshoeing, kick sledding and tobogganing with the guide.
