The Bakery in Valdres is well known for their delicious pastries. Our philosophy is based on using only the best ingredients in the baking process to get the best results. Our bakery is founded on principles of genuity, generosity and quality. No shortcuts are taken nor artificial ingredients used in the baking process of any of our breads or pastries. A very good example is the bread dough which is set to ferment in cool conditions for 20 hours before it is treated further and baked. 

Outlet in Aurdal

The Bakery in Valdres has an outlet in Aurdal which is open daily throughout the week. You'll find us alongside the E16, on the opposite side of the church.
