Bakketun Accommodation in Herand features four units overlooking Hardangerfjord: a restored farmhouse from 1865 and three apartments of various sizes. Ideal for relaxation and activities, with boat and kayak rentals available.

Bakketun overnatting is situated in Herand with a great view of the Hardangerfjord. There are four units for hire, one holiday house and three apartments. The holiday house is a restored farmhouse from 1865 with three bedrooms, and sleeps 8-10 persons. Many of the old details in the house are taken well care of, for instance is the open hearth still in the kitchen. The three apartments have different sizes. The largest is “Floren” (75m²) with 2 bedrooms and sleeps 5-7 persons. “Floren” has a private terrace with a nice view. “Hagen” (53 m²) has 2 bedrooms and sleeps 5-6 persons. “Hagen” has a newly refurbished kitchen and bathroom, a niece view and direct access to the garden. “Mjølkerommet” (28 m²) has a combined living room and bedroom, and sleeps 2-4 persons. In “Mjølkerommet” there is a kitchenette with a table for meals. Staying guests can hire a rowing boat, with an outboard motor or without motor. Two rental kayaks with all necessary equipment for hire.
