Join Østerøy for a trip to some of the best swimming spots in Grimstad!
Grimstad is known for its beautiful archipelago, with countless islands and skerries, most of which are open to the public. The swimming boat Østerøy takes you on a relaxing cruise through the archipelago, where you can discover idyllic beaches and great places for swimming or fishing.
Østerøy operates Wednesdays, Fridays, and Sundays from 24 June to 9 August, departing from Torskeholmen at 11:00 and 15:00.
You can enjoy the full round trip or get off at one of the islands where the boat stops and be picked up again on its second trip of the day. The full round trip takes approximately 1.5 hours. Your ticket also includes free admission to the Maritime Museum.
Tickets can be purchased online or on board before departure (payment by VIPPS or cash).
