Boot Camp is a fun outdoor training program, mixing traditional body toning exercises with different types of interval- and strength exercises.
This type of training has been proven very effective with fast results in body strength, increased endurance and reduced body weight.
It’s normally set up as a circuit training with different stations, or as one group session where everyone do the same exercises.
The activities are conducted with 45 minute intervals with a little time-out after each interval.
Some equipment is used such as elastic bands, car tires, medicine balls and weight sacks, but for the most part, your own body weight.
You don’t need to be in shape in order to join a Boot Camp session. We can adjust the training to any level within the same session.
Boot Camp is meant to be a fun type of exercise where time passes quickly – and you just want to keep going!

At Beitostølen Boot Camp, you can also book your own personal trainer with a customized program, outside the regular group sessions.
Tufteparken Beitostølen Boot Camp is open 24/7 and is free of charge when you train on our own, outside the group session times.
Group sessions: NOK 100 per session or NOK 1500 per year.
Personal trainer: NOK 600 per hour
You can also rent the entire Tuftepark with an instructor for NOK 1200 per hour
Larger groups who wish to train must call in advance to make a reservation.
