What better way to explore the centre of Bergen with its rich and colourful history, than by joining our Bergen City Walk by VOX 360! You will receive your own audio guide and a map of the city so you can enjoy the self-guided tour at your own pace and according to your personal interests.
You can start your tour at any point of the map and visit all the interesting sights that Bergen has to offer. The famous Fish Market and Bryggen - the old Hanseatic quarters - where the Hanseatic League, the German merchants, settled in the middle ages and carried out their trade with the fishermen in northern Norway.
St. Mary’s church, the oldest building in Bergen still in use and one of the outstanding Romanesque churches in the country, it was built more than 850 years ago. The medieval fortress with King Håkon's Hall and the Rosenkrantz tower, part of the military history of the city. You will be given a map, Vox360 guide and one pair of headphones. If you are a family or group, you can share the guide or book one for each person. You will get the best experience by having one guide per person. Point the Vox360 scanner on the point of interest on the map provided and you will hear the history of the chosen location.
On your Vox360 guide you can choose between 10 different languages: Chinese, English, French, German, Italian, Dutch, Norwegian, Polish, Russian and Spanish.

Pickup and delivery:
You pick up and deliver your Vox360 guide at the Tourist Information in Bergen. In the summer season the Tourist Information is open until 22.00. Opening hours for the rest of the year can be found here. You can also collect at Tour Norway's office in Øvregaten 4a between 09.00 and 17.00.
Suggested tour time is 3 hours but you are welcome to spend as long or short time you need. Maximum rental period is 8 hours.

Reservations can be canceled 48 hours after you have completed the order. Cancellation after this and in the last week before the chosen date will not be refunded, but we can help to change the date if necessary.
