Choose between easy and quiet roads through scenic valleys with views of traditional mountain farms, and challenging single tracks in the mountains surrouning Oppdal. Or you can get the adrenaline pumping by biking on the down trails of Skjørstadhovden after taking tho Gondola to the top.

Åmotsdalen: Start at Engan, 16 km long trip through Åmotsdalen valley along scenic river Åmotsdalselva.
Svarthaugen: Start at downtown Oppdal, 20 km trip round Svarthaugen offers magnificent views. Gravel and asphalt roads.
Tovatna: Start at Storli Gard at the end of valley Storlidalen. 6 km long trip to mountain lake Tovatna wich has a beautiful sandy beach. Gravel road.
Drivdalen: Start in downtown Oppdal, 30 km long round trip set in a classical cultivated landscape in the dramatic valley Drivdalen. See the river Driva flow through steep gorges and rapids surrounded by steep mountains. Be impressed by the amazing Magalaupet gorge! This trip follows asphalt roads, and can be shortend at any time.
Luggumt: The Luggumt Association represents 13 companies fram the fields of accomodation, cuisine, arts, crafts and activities. They are all happy to welcome the general public to view, feel and taste their work. The "inner culture trail" are within biking distance.
