Lake Strandsjøen is a small oxbow-lake surrounded by agricultural fields, and with bird-rich swamps in both ends. A tower hide gives nice views in the south, while a gravel road gives access to other parts of the lake. Lake Strandsjøen was formerly a part of the river Glomma. It can host a variety of ducks in the migration seasons. Also scan the surrounding fields for Cranes, plovers and the like.
