Free summer boat to the north end of Langøya, with beach, hiking areas and information boards that tell the story of the Oslofjord's second largest island. The summer boat runs from Sundebrygga at Havnegaten 25 in Holmestrand to the northern end of Langøya. The boat departs every full hour from 10:00 to 16:00 Saturdays and Sundays. There will be a return from Langøya every hour from 10:15 to 16:15, and with the last departure at 17:30.
The boat can accommodate 70 passengers. Note: the boat will have space restrictions, and passengers will be placed cohort wise to ensure infection control.
The recreation area was previously a landfill which is now a unique area for recreation. It is not allowed to spend the night, burn bonfires or pick flowers and bring fossils.
