Bønder i Byen ("farmers in the city") is a restaurant in Kristiansand that serves locally produced food.
They call it "urban peasantry". They get flavors, inspiration and raw materials from the farm life, and mix, modernize and refine in an urban environment.
Their stories about the "raw heroes" and how the food is prepared give the dishes other dimensions.
