Welcome to Brasserie T, established in 2016 with the goal of creating a unique dining experience for visitors from all over the world and residents of Trysil.
Our goal is to create a food experience inspired by cooking from all over the world with foucus on taste, health, environment, climate, sustainability, longevity, convenience and local thinking. We want to create a space where business dinners, romantic meals, special eventes together with everyday service can take place in a stylish and relaxed atmosphere with Trysilfellet in the background. We want our guests, the food and the drink to be "the stars of the evening".
Many of our partners are local: Duck from Stange Gård in Hamar, fish from Femund, pig from Kilde Gård in Nybergsund and eggs from Galåvolden Gård in Røros. We also pick our own berries and mushrooms in the forests of Trysil.
