Brovingen Food & Wine
Brovingen Food & Wine wants to offer a personal gourmet kitchen where preparation methods of local food are exposed to an innovative gastronomic thinking.
Each week will our chef Eirik Aase known from Dei To, Süd Øst, Bagatelle, Tango, Chez Nico choose out new 3-courses, 5-courses or 7-courses menu based on the supply of fresh ingredients from the local and the small traditional producers.
You can choose the dishes themselves, but it must be 3, 5 or 7 dishes. The menu choice is made applicable to the entire table, which means that all the guests at the same table have to eat the same thing.
