Eidsverket is the place if you want good food and enough food.Our filosophy is that the food to the largest extent possible shall be of local origin, made out of the best raw materials, home-cooked, and big enough portions on the plate, even for hungry men.
We work together with Arne Brimi in composing the most tasty food, and we also work closely with the local Brasserie Bjørk.
In an fortified cellar in the rocks behind the main building, we have our own wine selection, and store cured ham and cheese.
