A Training Ground for the Future:
Café Hjerterknekten is proudly owned by the Crux Foundation. We serve as a vital training ground for young individuals aged 18-30, as well as young adults who, for various reasons, have found themselves outside the traditional workforce or have discontinued their education. Recognized as an approved apprenticeship company specializing in sales, we have successfully mentored six apprentices and welcomed four apprentice candidates in recent years. Over the course of eight years, we've had the privilege of working with 70 young people through a variety of initiatives and work experiences, helping them gain valuable skills and opportunities for a brighter future.
