Canoing in Midt-Telemark

The Telemark Canal consists of a varied mixture of several large bodies of water and narrow stretches of canal with locks. Both beginners and experienced paddlers can have great experiences, and the canal is suitable for both day trips and trips with one or more overnight stays.

In addition to the Telemark Canal, there are also paddling opportunities in other rivers and larger bodies of water.
