The artwork is designed as two open pavilions with benches and roofs, and serves as a stopping point on the bridge.

The pavilions in blue and green refer to the green Ottavassdraget and the blue color from Gudbrandsdals-lågen which mixes together where Loftgårdsbrua is located. The project was developed in connection with the city and regional center plan for Otta, and is produced and installed by the local cornerstone company Lonbakken mechanical.

Carried by the wind, led by the current is located on the walkway and bicycle bridge Loftsgårsdbrua by Otta center.
