Charlie Siem & Itamar Golan - Recital // Parken kulturhus in Ålesund

Charlie Siem is one of the most talented young stars in classical music. Charlie has a Norwegian father and British mother, and started playing the violin when he was three. After listening to Yehudi Menuhin playing Beethovens violin concert on the radio.

Charlie has played with orchestras like The Royal Philharmonic Orchestra, Rotterdam Philharmonic Orchestra, Czech National Symphony Orchestra and Oslo Filharmoniske Orkester together with directos as Yannick NEZET-Séguin, Yuri Simonov, Sir Roger Norrington, Ed Gardner, Libor Pesek and Michal Nesterowicz.

This evening Siem will play alongside the Israelian pianist Itamar Golan.

In more than two decades Itamar Golan has collaborated with many of the biggest instrumentalists in modern times. His work has received amazing critique and he is one of the most sought for pianists in his generation.
