Charming Nordland house in the perl of Vesterålen

Welcome to my charming house in the middle of Sigerfjorden. The house has a fantastic view of the fjord and mountains and is situated in quiet surroundings.

I can guarantee that you will get a cabin feeling in this house. This is a log house was built in 1936, and the entire house was completely renovated from 2016-2018, including all the rooms which are equipped with radiant floor heating.

Lean back in the living room in front of the fireplace and enjoy the silence with a wonderful view. The living room is furnished with a great large sofa and dining table for 4 people and access to the Veranda.

On the veranda you can enjoy the Northern Lights in winter with a great fire in the firepit as well as an unbeatable view of the fjord and mountains. In the summer, the firepit can be used as a grill. I have put a lot of effort into my outdoor area, and on veranda I have made a large table with good seating options around it which is easy to move as it has wheels.

The kitchen is very spacious and large, with an open floor plan and situated next to the living room. The kitchen offers plenty of space for cooking, as well as two seats in front of the window. Here there is also a great view of the sea and the mountains.

The bathroom has a tiled floor and killer furnishings that offer enough space for storage during your stay. Washing machine and dryer are among the most modern machines on the market and are certified for woolen clothes (wash at your own risk).

From the modern entrance with a large wardrobe, you go up to the second floor. The stairs themselves have automatically controlled lights at sunrise and sunset.

On the 2nd floor you will find 2 bedrooms and a balcony. Here there is a separate toilet on the floor.

It is incredibly warm, especially in the summer when it’s nice to enjoy breakfast on the balcony in the sun with a good view of Vesterålen's second highest mountain, Stortinden.

There are many private parking spaces behind the house, next to the house and by the road. The outdoor area behind the house is not finished, so it is only for parking.
