Dreaming of standing atop Stetind (1391m), Norway's iconic national mountain? Experience an unforgettable climb through raw, dramatic landscapes and breathtaking fjord views.

Stetind is one of Norway's most unique and stunning peaks. From June to September, join our weekly climbing trips led by experienced IFMGA-certified Mountain Guides. No extensive climbing experience is needed, our guides ensure a safe and inspiring journey. Perfect for those with good physical fitness and a head for heights, the climb along the normal route is easy but involves exposed ridge climbing. With a certified IFMGA mountain guide, you'll be in safe hands as you experience the full majesty of Stetind. Seize the opportunity to reach the summit and create memories for a lifetime!
Period: Daily from July to September.

Duration: The climb takes 8-12 hours from the parking lot. It’s about a 3-hour hike to Halls presummit where we rope up, followed by a 2-hour ascent to the summit, with similar times for the descent. On average, the climb takes 10 hours, but we prioritize enjoying the day. With our smaller group sizes, your climb will be more efficient and enjoyable compared to larger guided groups.

Meeting Place: The parking lot directly under Stetind. We may also be able to pick you up in Narvik, which offers a variety of accommodations from 4-star hotels to cozy guesthouses. Alternatively, we can suggest other accommodation options in Kjøpsvik.

Price: 4500 NOK per person

Included in the price
• Guiding by a certified IFMGA Mountain Guide.
• All technical climbing equipment (harness, helmet, climbing shoes).

Guides: We only work with professionally qualified IFMGA guides, maintaining a ratio of two clients per guide. This smaller group size ensures a safer, faster, and more enjoyable experience compared to larger guided groups. Our guides use modern "shortrope" techniques for closer contact and optimal control of our clients.

Requirements: Good general fitness is required, but no prior climbing experience is necessary. A good head for heights is essential. All necessary climbing equipment will be provided.

Number of participants: 2 persons per guide. We can also accommodate a single client but will adjust the price accordingly.

Weather Conditions: We only climb Stetind in dry conditions. Register your interest, and we’ll contact you when the weather is favorable. No need to pay in advance. We recommend staying in the area for a few days to increase your chances of a good weather window.
