Climbing, rappelling and caving in Valldal

Close to Fjørå, 3km from the center of Valldal, is a great site for climbing and rappelling in an idyllic fjord location with stunning fjord and mountain views. There is a 15-25 meter high cliff with different routs of various difficulty levels. Both our climbing and abseiling experiences are tailored to the guest's individual ability and perfect for adults and children alike. 

Next to the climbing site a cave is located which is exciting to walk into. Get your harnesses and helmets, as there are passages in the cave that are secured with ropes. There are flares lighting up your way through the cave. It is about 80 meters long and 15 meters down, until you meet the sea at the end of the trip.
