Extra Lom is a large and well-organized grocery store in the middle of Lom sentrum. The store is part of the cooperative Coop Ottadalen. Here you’ll find a large fruit and produce department, and all kinds of everyday groceries at extra low prices.

For more than a hundred years, Norwegian consumers have come together in Coop, Norway’s only grocery business that is owned by the consumers themselves.
Coop Ottadalen was established in October 1998 following a merger between five cooperative societies in Ottadalen. The societies that merged were Bruvoll Handelslag, Nordberg Samvirkelag, Skjåk Samvirkelag, Vågå Samvirkelag, and Lom Koop handelslag. Today, the company has stores in the municipalities of Skjåk, Lom, and Vågå, consisting of 1 Extra, 1 Coop Mega, 4 Coop Marked, 1 Coop Byggmix, 2 Power, and Bergom Klær Sko Sport.
