Wine course & hors d'oeuvres

Tasting of 5 different wines and serving of appetisers to match. The sommelier tells you about food and wine in harmony. The course takes approx. 2 hours.

Tapas course

In the tapas course, you can choose between making 6 or 8 tapas dishes. When the dishes are ready, they are served as a delicious buffet, which is enjoyed at a cosy set table and hopefully a good atmosphere. The course lasts approximately 2-3 hours.

3-course or 4-course gourmet course

Learn new culinary skills with a gourmet course. High-quality local ingredients, a skilled chef and a wine package make this an unforgettable evening. The courses last approximately 4 hours.

Food and wine in harmony

You don't have to cook the food yourself to have a good experience. Perhaps it's best to be served? In that case, a 3-6-course menu with an accompanying wine package can be perfect. The wine and food are themed by the chef and sommelier and teach you about food and wine in beautiful harmony.

The courses are held in the function rooms of Lothes in Strandgata, Haugesund.
