The Food course includes aperitif, ingredients, wine during cooking, recipe booklet, instructor and diploma. Some cookery courses can be simple (such as "sauce and soup course") where you eat during the course, while others are more elaborate (for example seafood course where we create a 3-course dinner) and the food is eaten at a decorated table.
