2 delightful hours of curling include equipment and a friendly, skilled instructor. Curling is a great team-building activity where you can test your competitive instincts, teamwork, and strategic thinking. It’s the perfect place to gather colleagues, friends, or family for a unique experience. First, enjoy a game of curling, followed by delicious food and drinks in a cozy setting. The matches last about 2 hours and consist of ten rounds.
What is curling?
Two teams compete against each other. The goal is to place as many stones as possible closer to the center of the house than the opponent’s best stone.
The players and the game
Players push off from a foothold called the "hack" and must release the stone before the hog line. In each round, every player throws two stones. The respective teams take turns throwing their stones.
Clothing
It can be cold on the ice, about 4 degrees Celsius, so dress warmly and wear comfortable shoes (no high heels). All participants with an instructor will get to borrow fun curling pants.
Curling with an instructor We offer curling year-round. Entrance is through the ice rink, by Café Pucken.
Accessible for guests with disabilities
In the leisure park, we also provide curling for people with disabilities. We adapt the rink to ensure the best possible experience for everyone. Please inform us of your needs when booking, and we’ll take care of the rest.
We recommend the following:
1 rink for 6-12 people
2 rinks for 13-20 people
3 rinks for 21-40 people
