At Danebu Kongsgaard, you and your taste buds are taken on a culinary journey based on local ingredients. We are keen to offer dining experiences that are in harmony with nature and that give you a taste of the area around us. Our chefs make everything from scratch, and if we can't find the ingredients locally, we always rely on organic, Norwegian producers. Our local head chef, Gøran Bring, has a passion for creating wonderful dishes and will ensure that you and your guests have an unforgettable dining experience. We also offer themed evenings and weekends, such as Viltaften, and we can also arrange "tastings" where you can taste everything from the best Norwegian cheeses to beer from local beer producers. Danebu Kongsgaard are proud members of Hanen, a nationwide business organization that supports businesses in rural tourism, farm food and inland fishing in Norway.
