Day-trip cabin in Austevoll – Adlesi

From the ferry terminal at Hufthamar, follow county road 546 to the roundabout and turn right onto county road 5144. After approximately 6–7 minutes, you will see a sign directing you to the parking area at Åno on the right.

Åno is the starting point for the hiking network on Loddo, where you will find the day-trip cabin. If you prefer a longer hike, you can also start from the trail at Vinnesvatnet, ascend to Veten, and continue via Vardfjellet before reaching Loddo.

The trail begins at the Åno parking area, where you follow the gravel road for 1 km until the trail splits into three paths.

Red trail: Turn left at the junction and follow the gravel road. After about 500 m, continue on a steep forest path. 200 m from the top of Loddo, turn left and walk 100 m to the day-trip cabin.

Orange trail: Turn left at the junction and follow the gravel road for about 200 m before turning left uphill. Follow the forest path to the wooden steps leading to the top. 150 m from the summit, turn right down the red trail, where you will find the cabin on the right side of the path.

White trail: Turn right at the junction and follow the white trail to Loddo. From the summit, descend approximately 200 m along the red trail and turn right to reach the cabin.

From the parking area, it is 2.3 km to the cabin, and the hike takes approximately 30 minutes.

Everyone visiting the cabin is responsible for Adlesi. This ensures that it remains a welcoming place for all.

Remove your shoes before entering. Slippers are available inside for use.

Take your trash with you when you leave.

Do not sleep inside the cabin. The covered outdoor areas are available for resting.

Let your dog wait outside.

Avoid stepping on the solar panels.
