Delicatessen Tromsø

Delicatessen Tromsø is a Spanish tapas restaurant with a great location by the quay promenade at Vervet. The restaurant is large and airy with a friendly, informal and buzzing atmosphere.

We use both Spanish and local ingredients to bring you the best of Spain, in small and medium-sized portions that are perfect for sharing. Fish and seafood with a fresh Albariño, cured ham with a dry sherry, a glass of traditional Rioja or a sparkling Cava – the variations are endless!

The restaurant is open for both dinner and lunch, and from Monday to Saturday we have tasty salads and sandwiches on the lunch menu in addition to tapas. If you want to order food for a party or event in Tromsø, we also offer catering. Choose between a tapas menu or packages with vacuum-packed Spanish ingredients that are easily prepared at home.

As Norway's first tapas bar, Delicatessen has extensive experience in finding the best flavors Spain has to offer, both when it comes to wine and food. Among other things, we have introduced a number of Spanish products for the Norwegian market; such as Pimientos de Padrón, Iberico meat and the sweet Kumato tomato. Quality is the very core in everything we serve, and Delicatessen Tromsø's head chef Matteo makes sure that we always maintain the highest standard. This, combined with friendly and committed staff, makes Delicatessen a unique experience for everyone who visits us.

Delicatessen Tromsø can accommodate both small and large parties. If you want a more private dinner, we have a Chambre separée with room for just over 30 people. This function room is perfect for groups of friends, colleagues or families who want to gather for a social and pleasant dinner.
