Den Trondhjemske Postvei

Den Trondhjemske Postveg - "The Post Road to Trondhjem" from 1785 - partly restored road for hiking. The Post Road was established 13th of May 1785 in order to achieve a post line between Bjørgvin and Nidaros via Molde. In the following years, the road net was extended to a standard as riding path. A 30 minutes walk from road you will find Liafjellgruvene, earlier mining industry and old galleries. Earlier ore deposit, with cable car down to the sea.
