About Kvitnes Farm
Our farm is not just an ordinary farm. In addition to vegetable production, sheep, pigs and chickens, we also have a small restaurant that uses only ingredients from the area we live in. If we have not produced or gathered the raw material ourselves, we know those who have done so. With us you just need to show up, we'll arrange the rest.
You don't have to choose what to eat either, we create a great tasteful menu and make drink packages for you, with or without alcohol. Our head chef Halvar Ellingsen is one of Norway's best chefs, and when you combine it with some of the best ingredients in the world, we promise you a meal you will remember for a long time. The next day, you might wake up to the sound of sheep “singing” or grunt from one of our pigs. Breakfast continues in the same style as dinner, where you get fresh bread, eggs from our chickens and lamb roll from our own animals. We will do our very best, so that you leave us with a big smile on your mouth, have learned a little about where the food actually comes from and that happy animals and vegetables taste best.
We have 9 double rooms. No rooms are alike, and we will help you and your company to find the rooms you need to relax at Kvitnes. There is no TV in the rooms, but we have views that are much more better than TV. Take the opportunity to immerse yourself in the experience of Kvitnes, and we will do everything we can to make you eat and sleep well.
