Partly guided hiking package in Jotunheimen.

Add a guided hike over the famous Besseggen Ridge and across a glacier to the summit of Uranostinden to the Green Route, and you're doing the red one. This tour is more demanding, and you need to be fairly fit and experienced in mountain hiking to participate. Both hikes also pose some exposure to heights.

When booking this tour package with Jotunheimen Travel, accommodation, meals, baggage transport, the boat ride as well as guided hikes to Besseggen and Uranostind are included. All your need to do is carrying a day pack with essential gear and to get out and experience the breathtaking mountain scenery yourself.

Itinerary:
Day 1: Arrival at Bygdin
Day 2: Day hike to the summit of Bitihorn (the mountain - not the boat)
Day 3: Hike over the Besseggen Ridge
Day 4: Boat Bygdin-Torfinnsbu and hike through the Svartdalen Valley to Gjendebu
Day 5: Day at free disposal at Gjendebu
Day 6: Hike from Gjendebu to Eidsbugarden
Day 7: Guided dayhike to the summit of Uranostinden
Day 8: Departure from Eidsbugarden.
