Welcome to Drammen Library!
You'll find Drammen Library, spanning three floors at the foot of Ypsilon Bridge. The first floor has a café, cosy seating, an intimate stage, a seed library, and the latest books. The second floor houses a location, more books, and workspaces. The third floor features an area for youth, additional study spaces, more books, laptop borrowing, document printing, a children's and toddler section, and "Hollenderiet" with study spaces, an electric piano, LP records, hobby books, and a corner for activities.
Weekly, the library hosts events such as storytime for the little ones, literature at lunch, author visits, creative workshops for children, and much more.
If you dream of learning to play the guitar, you can borrow acoustic guitars from the library to take home. You can check which guitars are available and pre-order them.
There is free Wi-Fi throughout the building. Feel free to contact the staff if you need assistance with logging in.
