Coffee Roastery and Micro-Bakery
Upstairs, you’ll find Drøs' own coffee roastery, where a passion for barista culture meets local production. Here, high-quality coffee is crafted and distributed from Sand. The micro-bakery also serves artisanal baked goods, sweet treats, homemade pasta, and the perfect pizza, all made with care and flavor in mind.
Drøs offers architectural and eco-friendly interior design solutions, featuring chairs made from coffee grounds, beer yeast and recycled plastic recovered from the sea.
Flexible venues
Drøs offers flexible venues suitable for meetings, workshops, courses, confirmation parties, birthday parties and memorial gatherings. Tailor-made packages and tasteful catering are available on request. I Mikkelsen also has a bar, and the venue is particularly well-suited to larger gatherings and events requiring a bit more atmosphere and entertainment.
