You are proposed a 3.5 hours e-bike & hike tour in Ålesund, starting from Uteguiden's activity center, through the city, then hiking in a calming forest finally arriving to a magnificient 360° view.
The tour starts in Ålesund with a 20 minutes bike ride through the picturesque city center. Then, arriving at the bottom of mount Sukkertoppen (sugar loaf mountain), you will start your hike up to the top (314 masl). The way up takes you through the calm and colourful forest and opens up to a magnificent view for the other 3/4 of the hike, walking over a the very broad ridge of Sukkertoppen. Once you have reached the top you are rewarded with a 360° panoramic view giving you a view over the Sunnmøre alps to the southeast, Storfjorden to the east, the North-Sea west and the city of Ålesund at your feet, don't forget your camera!
