Edda Cinema is the largest cinema in Haugalandet with 944 seats and five screens. You can experience the magic of cinema here every day of the year.
Edda Cinema is open every day throughout the year, except Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve. With between 8 and 15 screenings every day, the cinema offers a varied programme of films to suit every taste. As well as regular film screenings, they also host premieres, afternoon tea, baby cinema, knitting cinema and much more.
It's a great place to hold a children's birthday party or to rent an auditorium for an exclusive screening just for you, your family, friends and colleagues.
Each year in August, Edda Cinema is the main venue for the Norwegian Film Festival.
Edda Cinema is currently being expanded with two new luxury auditoriums, new toilet facilities, a larger foyer, bar and kiosk that are scheduled for completion in spring 2024.
