Egge Farm is located in the heart of the agricultural district of Lier, facing south with a view over the entire valley. Today, they produce around 250 tons of strawberries per year. In addition, they have 30,000 apple trees, which typically yield 100 tons of apples each autumn. The farm is currently run by Marius Egge, who is the 11th generation to do so. Marius is passionate about food and drink and recognized early on the great potential of the superb, tart Norwegian fruit. Using apples from the local area, Marius has developed an extensive and diverse production of high-quality, non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages. They are always eager to try new methods and techniques and prefer to be pioneers. At the same time, they also strive for natural and sustainable production.
